Everything is cut and sewn to your spec, not pulled from a blank catalogue. You choose the shell fabric and its waterproof rating, the lining, the fit block, the zips, the pocket layout and the branding. We handle pattern making, sampling, bulk production, private labeling and door-to-door delivery under one roof.

Your design, developed properly.
Send a tech pack, a sketch, Pantone references, or a jacket you already sell and want improved. Our in-house design team returns a production-ready tech pack with panel construction, seam types, trim callouts and print placement marked. You approve the mockup before sampling begins, so nothing is left to interpretation.
Fit that suits your market, not a generic block. US and European buyers size differently, and athleisure fits differently from performance. We grade to your chosen block athletic, regular or relaxed across XS to 5XL, with separate men’s and women’s patterns. Sleeve length, body length, and shoulder drop are all adjustable at the pattern stage.
Branding that survives the wash and the weather. Outerwear branding fails in ways t-shirt branding doesn’t: heat transfer lifts at the edges on coated shells, and embroidery can perforate a waterproof membrane. We match the decoration method to the fabric: laser-cut appliqué and welded transfers on technical shells, embroidery on fleece and cotton blends so your logo still looks right after a full season.

Lightweight ripstop nylon or polyester shell, 60–90 GSM, with a water-repellent finish and mesh or unlined back yoke for airflow. Packs into its own pocket. The strongest seller for spring and autumn running lines in the US and UK.
Bonded three-layer softshell, 280–320 GSM, with a fleece-backed interior and a wind-resistant membrane. Stretches with movement, sheds light rain, and holds a clean retail shape. Our most requested style for gym-branded and corporate wellness orders.
Brushed polar fleece or French terry, 280–380 GSM, in full-zip, quarter-zip and hooded cuts. Warm, soft-handed and the easiest style to decorate — ideal for club merch, studio retail and first-run private label brands.

Our pricing is structured so a new brand can test a style at 50 pieces and an established label can scale the same design to five thousand without changing supplier.

Per-unit cost drops at 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 units. Because we're the factory, the saving reaches you directly — there's no trading house or agent margin in between.

Premium, textured and durable. Ideal for fleece, tricot and cotton-blend jackets. Not recommended on seam-sealed waterproof shells, where needle holes compromise the membrane — we use backed or welded alternatives there instead.
Thin, flexible and fully waterproof-safe. The correct choice for laminated and coated shells. Delivers sharp small-text logos without adding stiffness.
Cost-effective for bold, simple logos on knit and fleece jackets in higher volumes. Plastisol, water-based and discharge inks available.
Full all-over graphics bonded into polyester fabric. Never cracks, peels or fades.
Clean-edged fabric badges bonded or stitched onto the shell. A premium finish that
