A rugby jersey is the only kit garment designed to be grabbed, pulled and twisted by another adult for eighty minutes. That single fact decides the fabric, the fit and — above all — the seams. Everything is made to your spec — tight-fit or classic-fit, sleeve length, collar type, seam construction, gusset, sponsor placement and numbering. Every garment is built to World Rugby Law 4 so your kit isn’t turned away at a pre-match inspection. Minimums start at 50 pieces per style, tech pack development is free, and your first sample ships in 7–10 days.
Rugby kit doesn’t fail because of the print. It fails at the shoulder seam, at the sleeve join and at the crotch of the shorts. We settle all three at pattern stage, before anyone talks about colours.

Our design team returns a production-ready spec with fit block, fabric and GSM, collar type, sleeve length, seam method, panel splits, number sizing and every sponsor position marked to the millimetre. This is the whole garment. A tight-fit jersey in poly-spandex interlock gives an opponent nothing to hold — it’s the modern standard for competitive union, league and sevens. A classic loose fit in cotton-rich drill is heavier, warmer and traditional, still preferred by heritage clubs, veterans’ sides and supporters’ ranges. A training fit sits between the two, cut for volume and washed twice a week. Pick wrong and the kit is uncomfortable, unpopular or illegal — regardless of how good the design looks on screen.

Poly-spandex interlock cut close to the body with set-in or raglan sleeves, gripper cuffs and reinforced armhole seams. The standard for competitive rugby union and league, because there is nothing loose for an opponent to grip. Fully sublimated, so hoops, sponsor blocks and numbers are printed into the cloth rather than sitting on top of it.
Traditional heavyweight cotton-rich drill with a rubber-button grandad collar, twin-needle hems and a longer body. Warmer, softer, and what heritage clubs, veterans' teams and supporters' ranges still ask for. Decorated with screen print, embroidery or stitched tackle twill — cotton will not take sublimation, and any factory that tells you otherwise is guessing.
Built to the league silhouette — closer body, shorter sleeve, higher armhole and heavier sponsor coverage across the chest and back. Distinct sizing block from union, which most manufacturers ignore entirely.
Rugby is the one sport where fabric weight is a durability decision, not a comfort preference. A 180 GSM knit that works beautifully for a running tee will be shredded in a maul. Rugby buyers are rarely buying one thing. A club needs jerseys, shorts, socks, training tops and a travel range in the same colour — so our pricing is built around packages, not single lines.

Breakpoints at 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 units per style. Because rugby kit is ordered by clubs in seasonal cycles, we hold your pricing for a full season so your committee can budget without re-quoting.
Combine jerseys, shorts, socks, base layers and off-field kit into one production run and the setup, sampling and freight costs are shared across the whole order instead of paid once per garment. For a club package this is usually the single largest saving available.
If you’re a teamwear brand, a club shop or a retailer, we manufacture under your label, not ours. Nothing that leaves our floor carries our name.
For clubs we can also bag and label by player — name, number and size on each pack — so kit distribution at the first training session takes ten minutes instead of an hour.

Rugby decoration has one extra requirement no other sport has: it has to survive being gripped and dragged. Method matters more here than anywhere else.
Colour and graphics printed into polyester fibre, so there is nothing sitting on the surface to crack, peel or add weight. The correct choice for hoops, gradient panels, full-print sponsor blocks and anything on a tight-fit jersey. Polyester only — sublimation will not bond to cotton, and any manufacturer who offers it on a cotton-rich heritage jersey is telling you something untrue.
Thin, stretchy and soft-handed, ideal for player numbers and sponsor marks on stretch fabrics where embroidery would pucker. Silicone gives a raised premium finish that holds up in contact far better than standard vinyl.
Raised, durable stitching for club crests and manufacturer marks on classic jerseys, polos, mid-layers and travel wear. We avoid it on high-stretch tight-fit panels, where stitching restricts the fabric and eventually tears out.
Cost-effective and long-lasting for large runs with simple sponsor marks and lettering, and the right call on cotton-rich jerseys where sublimation is not an option.
Stitched-down twill lettering and numbering for a traditional heavyweight look — heavier, but authentic and extremely durable. Standard on heritage and college-style builds.
