Factory & Capacity
Axis Sportswear operates as a fully integrated custom sportswear manufacturer from our own facility in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that supplies a significant share of the world’s technical sportswear. Nothing on your order leaves our building: fabric inspection, cutting, printing, stitching, and final packing all happen under one roof, with one production manager accountable from artwork to carton.
We are a compact, hands-on operation by design. That means your order is not sitting behind a 50,000-piece contract for a multinational — it gets a named production manager, real attention, and minimums that larger factories will not accept.
- Stitching lines — 28 machines including flatlock, overlock, bartack and coverstitch for performance seams
- Cutting — one straight-knife cutting table plus manual cutting for samples and short runs

From artwork to delivered carton
You get a named contact at every stage, and nothing moves forward without your written approval.
Artwork and consultation
Send us a sketch, a reference photo or a finished tech pack — all three work. Our design team reviews it free of charge and comes back within 24 hours with a fabric recommendation, the right printing method for your artwork and order size, and an indicative price. If your design needs to be redrawn or color-separated, we handle it at no cost.
Tech pack and digital mock-up
We convert your concept into a production-ready tech pack: measurement chart, fabric GSM, trim specification, placement map, and Pantone references. You approve a digital mock-up before a single meter of fabric is cut. This is where mistakes are cheap to fix — we would rather spend an extra day here than reprint a bulk order.
Physical sample in 7–10 days
A real garment, made on the same machines and with the same fabric as your bulk run. You wear it, wash it and check the fit before committing. Strike-offs are included for specialty finishes, so there are no surprises at delivery. Revisions are normal — most clients approve of the first or second sample.
Bulk production
Once you sign off, your order enters the line: fabric inspection, cutting, cut and sew assembly, printing and embroidery as your design requires. You receive progress photos at the cutting and mid-production stages, so you are never guessing where your order stands.
Quality control, packing and shipping
Every piece is inspected, folded, poly-bagged, and labeled to your specification — including your own hangtags, size labels, and care labels for private label orders. We ship worldwide by air or sea, with DDP available on request, and send tracking the day your cartons leave.
Quality control
Four checkpoints, not one final look
A batch that fails any one gate does not move to the next stage.
Gate 01 — Incoming fabric
Every roll is checked before cutting against GSM, width, shade, and visible defects using the 4-point system. Off-spec rolls go back to the mill rather than quietly into your order.
Gate 02 — In-line
Inspectors check seam strength, stitch density, and measurement accuracy while the line is still running. Catching a fit issue at piece 40 costs a morning; catching it at piece 900 costs the order.
Gate 03 — Print and embroidery
Every printed and embroidered panel is compared against your approved sample for placement, color, and registration before assembly begins.
Gate 04 — Final random inspection
Finished garments are inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects, following ISO 2859-1 sampling. Measurements are re-checked across the full size run, not just the base size.
Fabric testing. Before a new fabric enters our range, we check shrinkage after washing, colorfastness to washing and perspiration, pilling resistance, stretch recovery, and GSM tolerance. Third-party inspection SGS, Intertek or your own sourcing agent is welcome at any stage of production.
Frequently asked questions
Three questions settle it in almost every case. Work through them in order; fabric rules out more options than anything else, so start there.
Minimums start at 50 pieces per style for sublimation, screen printing and cut-and-sew orders, and drop to 20–25 pieces for DTG, DTF and heat transfer. Colourways within a style can usually be split. If you are launching a first collection and need to stay under those numbers, contact us — we are often able to work something out.
Physical samples take 7–10 days from approved artwork. Sampling costs $40–$70 per style depending on complexity, and it is deducted from your invoice once you confirm the bulk order. Sample shipping is charged at actual courier cost.
For new clients, 50% advance with the balance due against pre-shipment photos and the inspection report. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Wise and Payoneer. After three completed orders we are open to discussing revised terms.
We ship regularly to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and the Middle East. Air freight takes 5–8 days door to door and sea freight 25–35 days, with DDP available on request so your cartons arrive duty-paid.
Yes. Clients are welcome at our Sialkot facility with advance notice, and we are happy to host third-party inspections from SGS, Intertek or your own sourcing agent. If you cannot travel, we will run a live video walkthrough of your order on the production floor.
