Every hoodie is built to order: your fabric, your GSM, your fit, your colorway, your labels. With 15+ years of manufacturing experience and 500+ brands supplied across 40+ countries, we handle patternmaking, fabric sourcing, cut-and-sew, printing, and shipping under one roof, starting at 50 pieces per style.
A hoodie is judged on three things: how it hangs, how it feels after ten washes, and whether the branding still looks sharp. We build all three in from the pattern stage.
Send a logo, a sketch, Pantone codes, or a photo of a hoodie you want to improve on. Our in-house design team turns it into a tech pack and digital mockup at no charge. You approve exactly what gets made — nothing goes into production without your sign-off.
Body length, sleeve length, shoulder drop, hood depth and lining, cuff and hem ribbing, pocket style, and drawcord finish are all yours to specify. Sizes can be mixed freely across the full size run at no extra charge. Want a boxy oversized street fit and a tapered athletic fit from the same order? Both are possible.
Sublimation bonds color into the fiber so it cannot peel or crack. Embroidery gives a raised, premium finish on chest logos and hoods. Silicone 3D puff adds depth for streetwear labels. We recommend the method based on your fabric and design — because puff on heavyweight fleece and sublimation on polyester are not interchangeable choices.

A hoodie lives or dies on its fabric. Weight decides how it drapes, how warm it runs, and what it costs you per unit — so we tell you the GSM instead of just calling it “premium fleece.” Here’s what we stock, and what each one is actually for:
French Terry (280–340 GSM) — soft looped back, breathable, wears year-round. The default choice for premium gym and lifestyle hoodies.
Brushed Fleece (320–380 GSM) — brushed inner face, warm and substantial. Built for autumn and winter ranges.
Cotton-Polyester Blend (300–360 GSM) — cotton hand-feel with polyester shape retention and far less shrinkage after washing.
Poly Fleece / Performance (260–320 GSM) — quick-drying, sublimation-ready, lighter on the body for training and warm climates.
Recycled Polyester, rPET (280–360 GSM) — the same performance with sustainable credentials for brands that need them.
We manufacture in-house, so there’s no trading-company margin sitting on top of your unit price.
Enough to test a colourway or launch a capsule drop without tying up capital in stock you haven't sold yet. Low MOQs are deliberate — most of our long-term clients started small.
Rates are tiered by quantity and improve meaningfully at higher volumes. Annual contracts and seasonal repeat programmes get preferential pricing on top.
Design work, tech packs, and mockups are free. Screen printing and embroidery may carry a one-time setup charge — and it's always shown in your quote upfront, never added later.

Private label vs OEM: private label means we produce our existing hoodie blocks under your branding. OEM means we develop an original hoodie to your specification — your own pattern, fit, and construction, made exclusively for you. We do both.
