A soccer kit gets worn thirty times a season, washed after each one, and photographed on matchday. It has to survive all three. Axis Sportswear is a cut-and-sew custom soccer uniform manufacturer producing fully sublimated kits, jerseys, shorts, socks, goalkeeper sets, training tops, and warm-ups for clubs, academies, leagues, distributors, and teamwear brands across the USA, UK, and Europe.
Nothing is pulled from a blank catalogue and re-badged. You choose the fabric weight, the fit block, the collar style, the panel design, the sponsor placement and the numbering method. Names and numbers are printed in-house, not sent out to a third party, so your roster arrives sorted, bagged and labeled by player. Minimums start at 50 pieces per style; tech pack development is free, and your first sample ships in 7–10 days.

Three things decide whether a kit order goes smoothly or turns into a season of complaints: the design, the sizing, and the numbering. We lock all three down before production starts.
Design developed properly, not guessed at. Send a tech pack, a hand sketch, last season’s kit, or just your crest and two Pantone codes. Our in-house design team returns a production-ready mockup showing front, back and sleeve views with panel construction, collar type, trim colours, sponsor blocks and number placement marked. You sign off on the artwork before a single meter of fabric is printed.
Sizing that covers your whole club, including the U8s. Most kit suppliers treat youth sizing as an afterthought and lose the club order because of it. We grade youth 6 through youth 14 alongside adult XS–3XL, on separate men’s, women’s and youth blocks — with a genuine women’s pattern, not a shrunk-down men’s one. Send us your own measurement sheet and we grade to it at no extra cost.
Order a complete kit or build the package you actually need. Everything below can run in the same fabric, same colorway and same production batch, so your home, away and training pieces match exactly.
Full-sublimation match jerseys in interlock or micro-mesh polyester, 140–180 GSM, with crew, V-neck, mock collar, or ribbed polo collar. Slim performance fit or relaxed club fit. Numbers, names, captain armband detail, league patches, and sponsor blocks are all printed in position. See our custom soccer jerseys.
Lightweight woven or knit polyester, 120–160 GSM, with elasticated drawcord waist, side vents and an inner brief option. Split hem or straight hem, in youth and adult lengths. Matched to the jersey colorway automatically.
Training tees, quarter-zip tops, drill tops and rain and warm-up jackets in club colors. Priced as an add-on to the match kit rather than a separate development run, so artwork and setup costs are shared.
Fabric decides how a kit feels in the 80th minute and how it looks in game twenty-five. Below is our soccer-specific range with real weights, so you can match the spec to your climate and your price point instead of guessing. Ask for a physical swatch pack before you commit to a full season buy.
GSM is grams per square metre — simply how heavy the fabric is. For soccer jerseys, 130–150 GSM is a light summer or warm-climate kit that dries fast. 150–180 GSM is the standard match weight most clubs choose: enough body for the jersey to hold its shape and the print to sit cleanly, without feeling heavy. Below 130 GSM, a jersey starts to look thin on camera and shows sweat patches. Above 190 GSM, it becomes a training top rather than a match jersey.
A grassroots club ordering eighteen kits and a distributor stocking forty clubs have completely different problems. Forcing both into one minimum serves neither. We scale to the order in front of us, and because we are the factory there is no trading house margin sitting between you and the price.
50 pieces per style and colourway, with sizes mixed freely inside that quantity — so a 50-piece jersey order can span youth 8 through adult 3XL across men's and women's blocks in one go.
Per-unit cost drops at 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 units. Multi-team and league-wide orders are quoted as a single volume even when the designs differ.
Combine jerseys, shorts and socks in one production run and share the artwork setup, trim and freight cost across all three instead of paying it three times over.

Nothing that leaves our floor carries our name. Whether you’re a teamwear brand reselling under your own label or a club running a shop, the kit arrives ready for your shelf.
For EU-bound orders we supply fibre composition labelling in the required languages, REACH-compliant trim declarations and OEKO-TEX certified fabric options on request. If you’re selling into EU retail, ask for the documentation pack at quotation stage rather than at the border. More on our private label service.
A grassroots side kitting out one squad, an academy ordering eight age groups, and a distributor supplying a whole league are three different jobs, and one rigid minimum serves none of them. Start at 50 pieces to kit a single team, come back at 500 when the club expands, and move to scheduled seasonal production once your volumes become predictable. Because your artwork and patterns stay on file, every reorder — including a mid-season top-up for two new signings — skips development entirely and goes straight into production.
No surprises, no middlemen, no guessing about where your order is. Here’s exactly how we work.
